A toastmaster provides all the important behind the scenes co-ordination for your special event, so you can relax knowing all is being taken care of by a fully trained professional toastmaster.

From the time I arrive at any function, I will coordinate with the duty manager, wedding planner or event organiser to confirm their duties for the event and make sure all arrangements are in place to ensure no problems arise.

I conduct any formalities you choose to have from welcoming your guests, organising the receiving line, assisting with the photographer to giving clear and confident announcements and introducing the speeches for your event.
I will be your first port of call for any questions or unforeseen problems that do appear unexpectedly. You will have no worries if this happens, having an experienced toastmaster taking care of your event, you will not be disappointed.
